All dressed up....

I like making little 'smilies' for my friends.....they just seem to brighten an ordinary day.  This little purse reminded me of one of my friends when I saw it.   This one I didn't make very large, just enough to maybe hold some paperclips or whatever on her desk.  I thought it came out pretty cute.

Getting Ready for Halloween!

I recently got the new 'Artiste' cartridge from Close to My Heart.  When I came across this, I couldn't resist in making a few of these for Halloween treat boxes.  Aren't they cute?!

 

The card on top is in the shape of a bat.

The wings fold up to hide the Boo! that I added inside.

Masculine touch...

I determined that I needed to make a few masculine cards. I thought this one filled that bill quite well. I had seen the verbiage used on someone else's card and thought it was pretty cute and went well with the background paper.

Some simple changes

I decided to 'tweak' my craft area a little.  I felt the area was overtaking the rest of the room and it wasn't really necessary......so I consolidated and organized a little more.  Plus with the help of hubby, we added a shelf to help get some things off the desk, but still keep them close at hand.

Plus I made a birthday card for future use.  I thought it came out rather cute and not too 'girly'.
